Position: Group & Events Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales for groups, events, and banquets during the pre-opening phase.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, contracts, and revenue reports.
  • Maintain a database of event planners and corporate clients to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in group and event sales within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Strong background in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to win client bids.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple event leads simultaneously.

  • Effective team player with a service-minded attitude.
  • Good proficiency in English and local event market knowledge.
