Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a 5-star luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with a verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies across all channels.
- In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta luxury market with a strong network of corporate and leisure clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
