• Strong leadership skills with a verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Expertise in developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies across all channels.
• In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta luxury market with a strong network of corporate and leisure clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
