Position: Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and extensive knowledge of the corporate, government, and MICE markets in the Serpong/Tangerang area.
- Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
