Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef.
  • Proven background in a luxury five-star environment.
  • A refined mastery in European pastry techniques.
  • Expertise in plated desserts and dessert buffet presentation.
  • Proficiency in bakery and chocolate work; sugar artistry is an advantage.
  • Mandatory certifications (e.g. HACCP, food safety).
