Position: Food Safety & Hygiene Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager in a 5-star hotel or large F&B operation.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and other food safety management systems.
• Ability to conduct audits, training, and implement hygiene policies.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
