Position: Cluster Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to manage hotel operations effectively during shifts.
