Position: Cluster Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to manage hotel operations effectively during shifts.
