Position: F&B Captain (Fine Dining)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter in a fine dining restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of service standards, menu items, and beverage pairings
- Strong leadership skills to guide and supervise the service team
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
