Position: IT Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills to assist hotel staff with technical issues.
- A team player with a service-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS), networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure and provide timely support.
