Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports for key accounts and potential customers.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our brand.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for group and event clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, particularly in the Nusa Dua area.
- Proficient in using hotel sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
