Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, handling all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide accurate information about the resort’s facilities and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records and accounts.
- Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role in a luxury resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Impeccable grooming and a positive, friendly attitude.
