Position: F&B Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Serve orders promptly and correctly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in the F&B & FO departments.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
