Position: F&B Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Serve orders promptly and correctly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in hospitality is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in the F&B & FO departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
