Position: HSK Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.

Qualifications:

• SMK in hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage.
• Hardworking with a strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina for a physically demanding role.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• A positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude.
