Position: HSK Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
Qualifications:
- SMK in hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage.
- Hardworking with a strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina for a physically demanding role.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- A positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude.
