Position: Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest services.
- Develop and curate an innovative and appealing beverage menu, including signature cocktails and promotions.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional and personalized service.
- Control operational costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability of the bar outlets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for noticing the little things that enhance the guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about the art of mixology.
