Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manages all food and beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Works to achieve and exceed departmental revenue and profitability goals.
- Develops and implements F&B promotions and marketing strategies.
- Trains and supervises the F&B service team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of operational standards, cost control, and hygiene practices.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
