Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages all food and beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Works to achieve and exceed departmental revenue and profitability goals.
• Develops and implements F&B promotions and marketing strategies.
• Trains and supervises the F&B service team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of operational standards, cost control, and hygiene practices.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
