Position: Duty Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and conduct preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment and facilities.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and other departments in a timely manner.
• Operate and monitor the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field is an advantage.
