Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and conduct preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment and facilities.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and other departments in a timely manner.
- Operate and monitor the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field is an advantage.
