Position: Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverage items.
- Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, and answer questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista in the Horeca industry.
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about coffee and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
