Position: Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverage items.
• Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.
• Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista in the Horeca industry.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about coffee and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
