Position: Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
- Make menu recommendations, answer questions, and share additional information.
- Address complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in the Horeca industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Team spirit and customer-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
