Position: FB Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department.
- Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and processing invoices.
- Handle departmental correspondence and scheduling.
- Compile and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within the Horeca industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiar with F&B operational procedures.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
