Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or through central reservation systems.
• Provide clear and accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Maximize room revenue by utilizing upselling and yield management techniques.
• Maintain accurate guest records and booking information in the property management system (PMS).
• Work closely with the sales and front office teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role in a hotel.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and central reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
