Position: Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to assigned guests or villas.
• Manage all aspects of the guest’s stay, including arrival, in stay requests, and departure.
• Handle packing and unpacking of luggage, laundry, and pressing services.
• Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, and spa appointments.
• Ensure the guest’s suite or villa is perfectly maintained and stocked according to their preferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star luxury resort or private residence.
• Formal butler training certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a discreet and professional manner.
• Fluent in English and possess outstanding communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
