Position: Butler
Responsibilities:
- Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to assigned guests or villas.
- Manage all aspects of the guest’s stay, including arrival, in stay requests, and departure.
- Handle packing and unpacking of luggage, laundry, and pressing services.
- Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, and spa appointments.
- Ensure the guest’s suite or villa is perfectly maintained and stocked according to their preferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star luxury resort or private residence.
- Formal butler training certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a discreet and professional manner.
- Fluent in English and possess outstanding communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
