Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local Nusa Dua attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Operate the hotel switchboard and manage reservations inquiries when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS, preferably Opera.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High degree of professionalism and immaculate grooming.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry in Bali is a plus.
