Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local Nusa Dua attractions.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Operate the hotel switchboard and manage reservations inquiries when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS, preferably Opera.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can do attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High degree of professionalism and immaculate grooming.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry in Bali is a plus.
