Position: Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
• Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain a clean, serene, and well-stocked treatment room.
• Build rapport with guests to create a memorable and relaxing spa experience.
• Promote spa products and services to guests to achieve retail targets.

Qualifications:

• Certified Spa Therapist with proven experience in a luxury resort or spa environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, warm, and caring demeanor.
• Passionate about wellness and guest satisfaction.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
