Position: Spa Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
- Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean, serene, and well-stocked treatment room.
- Build rapport with guests to create a memorable and relaxing spa experience.
- Promote spa products and services to guests to achieve retail targets.
Qualifications:
- Certified Spa Therapist with proven experience in a luxury resort or spa environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, warm, and caring demeanor.
- Passionate about wellness and guest satisfaction.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
