Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures for the F&B department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Excellent financial management acumen and knowledge of F&B trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
