Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3 years).
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills and proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and driving restaurant revenue.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
