Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3 years).
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills and proficiency in restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and driving restaurant revenue.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
