Position: Reservation & E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize online bookings and revenue.
• Monitor and manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and sales strategies.
• Lead and train the reservation team to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems, GDS, and OTAs.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
• Target driven with excellent analytical and revenue management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with budgeting and revenue optimization.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
