Position: Reservation & E-commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize online bookings and revenue.
- Monitor and manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and sales strategies.
- Lead and train the reservation team to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems, GDS, and OTAs.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
- Target driven with excellent analytical and revenue management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with budgeting and revenue optimization.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
