Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Analyze sales statistics and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local corporate and MICE market.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
