Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Analyze sales statistics and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3-5 years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local corporate and MICE market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
