Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure all hotel standards for guest service, safety, and cleanliness are met.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist and support all departments, ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar Front Office leadership role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
