Position: Engineering Technician (HVAC)
Qualifications:
- Certified HVAC technician with experience in commercial or hotel environments.
- Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong service-minded attitude.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex HVAC units, including chillers and AHUs.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management.
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
