Position: Engineering (Kitchen Equipment Specialist)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems in a kitchen environment.
• Good leadership skills, highly responsible, and reliable.
• Exceptional attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel maintenance management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
