Position: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all hotel procurement activities and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Oversee inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Implement and manage cost-control strategies without compromising quality standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
