Position: Chief Steward (25157636)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Steward or in a similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards (HACCP), and chemical handling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the stewarding team effectively.
• Experience in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with culinary and F&B service teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in budget management and cost control for the department.
