Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and operational issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
