Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and operational issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
