Position: People & Culture Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the People & Culture function with a strong focus on people development and engagement.
  • Drive comprehensive recruitment, training, and talent management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR standards while promoting a culture of care and inclusivity.
  • Partner with department leaders to support business goals through strategic people initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A people oriented mindset with the proven ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Results oriented with excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to multi task and work well in a dynamic environment.
