Position: People & Culture Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the People & Culture function with a strong focus on people development and engagement.
- Drive comprehensive recruitment, training, and talent management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all HR standards while promoting a culture of care and inclusivity.
- Partner with department leaders to support business goals through strategic people initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A people oriented mindset with the proven ability to inspire and influence others.
- Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Results oriented with excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to multi task and work well in a dynamic environment.
