Position: Revenue Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and performance reports.
- Assist in managing and updating rates, inventory, and restrictions across all distribution channels.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies to ensure optimal market positioning.
- Support the revenue management team with data analysis for forecasting and budgeting processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field (Hospitality, Statistic, Finance, Business Administration or other analytical studies) is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in verbal and written English.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Property Management System (PMS).
- Previous experience with revenue management tools (RMS and CRS) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge about OTA and ecommerce operations is preferred.
- A team player, willing to learn and adapt to various project requirements.
