Position: Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and performance reports.
• Assist in managing and updating rates, inventory, and restrictions across all distribution channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing and strategies to ensure optimal market positioning.
• Support the revenue management team with data analysis for forecasting and budgeting processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field (Hospitality, Statistic, Finance, Business Administration or other analytical studies) is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in verbal and written English.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Property Management System (PMS).
• Previous experience with revenue management tools (RMS and CRS) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Knowledge about OTA and ecommerce operations is preferred.
• A team player, willing to learn and adapt to various project requirements.
