Position: Pastry Chef (Koral Restaurant)

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Pastry Chef in a five star hotel or fine dining restaurant setting
• Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative dessert menus and concepts
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and chocolate work
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training and supervising a kitchen team
• Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a high level of quality
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
