Position: Pastry Chef (Koral Restaurant)
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Pastry Chef in a five star hotel or fine dining restaurant setting
- Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative dessert menus and concepts
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and chocolate work
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training and supervising a kitchen team
- Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a high level of quality
- This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
