Position: Chef de Partie Banquet (Western Cuisine)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, specifically in high volume banquet or event kitchens
- Expertise in Western culinary techniques and presentation
- Ability to lead a section and ensure all dishes meet the highest quality standards
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food cost control
- Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations is essential
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
