Position: Chef de Partie Banquet (Western Cuisine)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, specifically in high volume banquet or event kitchens
• Expertise in Western culinary techniques and presentation
• Ability to lead a section and ensure all dishes meet the highest quality standards
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food cost control
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations is essential
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
