Position: Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a luxury resort or unique destination property.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Excellent guest experience skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
