Position: Assistant Director of Learning & Development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or Education
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a learning and development leadership role in the luxury hospitality sector
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis and measure program effectiveness
  • Certified trainer or facilitator is highly desirable
