Position: Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a hotel environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
- Experience across all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High level of discretion and integrity
