Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a hotel environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
  • Experience across all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and integrity
