Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as a hotel management representative, especially outside office hours.
• Supervise Front Office operations during shifts.
• Handle guest complaints and emergency situations.
• Ensure hotel service standards are met in all areas.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Assist with VIP guest check-in/check-out.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 2 years as FO SPV)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using PMS.
