Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hotel management representative, especially outside office hours.
- Supervise Front Office operations during shifts.
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations.
- Ensure hotel service standards are met in all areas.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Assist with VIP guest check-in/check-out.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 2 years as FO SPV)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, and energetic personality
- Able to work individually and team
- Able to join immediately
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using PMS.
