Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client accounts (corporate, government, travel agent).
- Achieve set sales revenue targets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, creative and energetic personality
- Able to work individually and team
- Able to join immediately
- Strong network in the Bekasi and Jakarta market segments.
- Target-oriented and possesses strong negotiation skills.
