Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client accounts (corporate, government, travel agent).
• Achieve set sales revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, creative and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Strong network in the Bekasi and Jakarta market segments.
• Target-oriented and possesses strong negotiation skills.
