Position: Corporate Reservation Manager

What are Your Assignment:

  • Oversee and coordinate all reservation operations across The Kayon properties.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in reservation systems and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze booking trends and provide regular reports to support sales and revenue strategies.
  • Lead and train the corporate reservations team to achieve performance goals.

What Makes you a Suitable Fit:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations management.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major booking channels and PMS/CRS systems.
  • Strong Corporate experience with above 10 property operations is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Based in Ubud or willing to relocate.
