Position: Director of Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the resort’s pre-opening and ongoing marketing and communications strategy.
• Oversee all digital marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Act as the primary brand guardian, ensuring all collateral and communications align with JW Marriott standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director of Marcom in a luxury hotel.
• Proven success in launching a new property (pre-opening experience).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
• Creative mindset with exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent relationships with local and international media.
• Fluent in English.
