Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales and marketing team.
- Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage departmental budgets and control expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of the Jakarta luxury market and SCBD area.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage complex budgets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Passionate, creative, and driven to be the absolute best.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
