Position: Chef de Partie (AKASA) – Culinary
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen section within the signature AKASA restaurant.
- Supervise, train, and guide Commis chefs in your section.
- Prepare and present highquality, consistent dishes according to AKASA’s fine dining standards.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef with inventory management, stock control, and ordering for the section.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5star hotel or a highend, fine dining restaurant.
- Specific culinary expertise relevant to AKASA’s concept (e.g., modern grill, international cuisine).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent culinary techniques and a passion for quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a highpressure, fastpaced environment.
- A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
