Position: Chef de Partie (AKASA) – Culinary

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific kitchen section within the signature AKASA restaurant.
• Supervise, train, and guide Commis chefs in your section.
• Prepare and present highquality, consistent dishes according to AKASA’s fine dining standards.
• Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Assist the Sous Chef with inventory management, stock control, and ordering for the section.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5star hotel or a highend, fine dining restaurant.
• Specific culinary expertise relevant to AKASA’s concept (e.g., modern grill, international cuisine).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent culinary techniques and a passion for quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a highpressure, fastpaced environment.
• A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
• Chance to gain deep culinary expertise.
