Position: Daily Worker Pastry Bakery – Culinary

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pastry & Bakery team with the daily preparation of bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines accurately.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station.
• Support senior chefs with production, plating, and stock management.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or formal training in Pastry and Bakery is highly advantageous.
• A strong passion for baking and pastry arts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from worldclass hoteliers.
• Ability to work well within a highperforming team.
• Good personal hygiene and understanding of kitchen safety.
• Available to work on a Daily Worker (DW) basis.
• Eagerness to gain deep expertise in a luxury culinary environment.
