Position: Daily Worker Pastry Bakery – Culinary
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry & Bakery team with the daily preparation of bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines accurately.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station.
- Support senior chefs with production, plating, and stock management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or formal training in Pastry and Bakery is highly advantageous.
- A strong passion for baking and pastry arts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from worldclass hoteliers.
- Ability to work well within a highperforming team.
- Good personal hygiene and understanding of kitchen safety.
- Available to work on a Daily Worker (DW) basis.
- Eagerness to gain deep expertise in a luxury culinary environment.
