Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during shifts, acting as the manager on duty.
• Handle guest relations, feedback, and any immediate concerns.
• Support the front desk team with check in, check out, and complex transactions.
• Ensure all hotel safety and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with all departments to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong decision making and problem solving capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, especially Front Office.
