Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or online.
• Provide prompt and professional service to guests, ensuring accuracy in all bookings.
• Understand and communicate hotel room types, rates, and special packages.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue.
• Manage reservation systems and coordinate with the front office on guest arrivals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (Marriott systems preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Detail oriented, organized, and guest focused.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in a high volume call environment is a plus.
