Position: Recreation & Activity Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute a creative and engaging guest activity program.
- Manage all resort recreational facilities, including the pool and gym.
- Lead and supervise the recreation and activity team.
- Engage with guests to promote activities and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage the department’s budget and inventory of supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
- Must have strong skills to plan and execute activities.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Unique, creative and innovative.
- Strong leadership and highly committed.
- Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
