Position: Recreation & Activity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute a creative and engaging guest activity program.
• Manage all resort recreational facilities, including the pool and gym.
• Lead and supervise the recreation and activity team.
• Engage with guests to promote activities and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage the department’s budget and inventory of supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
• Must have strong skills to plan and execute activities.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Unique, creative and innovative.
• Strong leadership and highly committed.
• Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
