Position: Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of all recreational facilities, including the pool and kids club
- Plan and execute engaging activities and programs for guests of all ages
- Ensure the safety and well being of all guests participating in activities
- Maintain recreational equipment and ensure facilities are clean and well presented
- Train and mentor recreation team members
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback regarding recreational services
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recreation or guest activities role, with supervisory experience
- Strong passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certified in First Aid and CPR is a strong advantage
- Energetic, creative, and able to work well with both children and adults
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a resort or hotel environment
